STILO OPEN FACE 8860 TURISMO

The Stlo Venti WRC 8860 helmet features a completely new shell design, specifically to allow integration with the innovative Stilo 'WL' wireless communication system. The shell is made from carbon fiber to produce a lightweight and strong helmet that exceeds FIA 8860-18 requirements

Specifically designed for use with the Stilo 'WL' wireless communication system, although they are fully compatible with all wired Stilo DG and WRC series intercoms

Adjustable microphone: The WRC 8860 Turismo is equipped with a new, easily adjustable microphone holder. All it takes to change the position of the microphone is to remove the standard covering and insert spacers that move the microphone 5, 10 or 15 mm closer to your mouth.

Earmuffs: Sound dampening that reduces ambient noise, which can be problematic in race cars, speakers not included per Turismo regulations. EPS cheek pads: WRC 8860 Turismo is the only helmet on the market equipped with both EPS (expandable polystyrene) earmuffs and cheek pads. The use of EPS cheek pads guarantees better side impact protection.

Adjustable Visor: The visor can be raised and lowered to give the driver good visibility even when the sun is on the horizon.

The Stilo Venti WRC 8860 Turismo helmet features a redesigned carbon fiber shell constructed using PURO technology, eliminating the need to apply a clear coat. This further reduces weight, which can significantly reduce muscle fatigue.

The helmet retains the proven Stilo WRC intercom system, but the communication port has been redesigned for use with the WL wireless key (sold separately) which, when fitted, perfectly matches the contours of the shell shape so as not to interfere with FHR posts or straps. The shape of the microphone boom has been improved to further deflect cockpit noise, making communication between co-driver and driver clearer. The dynamic magnetic noise canceling microphone is adjustable to allow an optimal distance from your mouth to reduce ambient noise. Noise canceling headphones significantly reduce external noise and improve comfort levels.
