Originally used to start fighter aircraft engines and withstand the experienced shock and vibration, the qualities of the Varley Red Top range have proven excellent in racing cars. These batteries are small, light, maintenance-free and have exceptionally high discharge capacity. They can be mounted upright or on their side and do not leak electrolyte even when damaged.
