Blow Off Valve for Renault Megane RS 280 & 300 Mk4

This Blow Off or Dump valve is specifically designed for Renault and Nissan Turbo engines that feature the electronically controlled bypass valve (OEM Part no. 144839204R). It is particularly recommended for vehicles with increased boost pressure due to an ECU software upgrade, as well as for unmodified vehicles operating in warmer climates, where the original valve may fail.

Unfortunately, the failure may not always trigger a check engine light because the valve can still open under boost pressure, causing power loss without an immediate warning. This leads to the diaphragm failing to seal properly.

Our solution is a fully engineered replacement that significantly improves reliability. The Forge valve is piston-based, meaning there is no diaphragm to fail. Made from billet aluminium, it replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve, while still retaining OEM ECU control over valve actuation.
